Tatemado is an homage to the flavours and cuisines of Mexico.
A love letter to the cooks and cuisines of Mexico, located in the historic heart of Oostende. The restaurant takes its name from a centuries-old technique of roasting and slow-charring ingredients over an open fire, adding smoky touches and deep flavours to moles, salsas and guisados.
Tatemado was born from a long standing, deeply personal relationship with the flavours of Mexican cuisines; a passion for fresh, local produce and treasures from the North Sea. We look forward to welcome you.
